I don’t know if this information has been circulated throughout the resource equity/adequacy world. Please pass along as you see fit. The Congressman will be submitting his own priorities/suggestions for reauthorization, which will likely focus on those issues.

Groups and education stakeholders can submit ESEA comments to the committee by emailing us at eseacomments@mail.house.gov. I have also attached a link to our website that contains information about our process and deadline http://edlabor.house.gov/education/k-12/

We are asking that all comments be submitted to us by March 26, 2010. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, Liz Elizabeth King Senior Policy Advisor Office of Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA-02) 2301 Rayburn House Office Building Washington, DC 20515 (202) 225-4001 (p)
