I saw a program last week (I believe it was a Democracy Now! segment &, note to the now-defunct WYCC D.N. watchers: if you get Gary {Lakeshore} PBS, D.N. is on that channel at midnight M-F) about a "busing" program for the homeless, whereby they can obtain a free {one way}bus ticket to another city. According to the report, this program hasn't worked out too well, as one might imagine). You can see D.N. online, so look it up if you're interested.
