Obama Calls for DREAM Act Passage

Mybe this time around, with elections coming up, a large Latino swing vote in the balance, and no Rahm Emanuel in the White House to block it, The Dream Act can pass. Rubio's sham version can't even get traction within his own party. But with Obama's attempt to go "bipartisan", there's no telling what the final watered-down version of the bill might look like.
